The staff realizes that each person who is part of an organization has had varying experiences that contribute to how they conceptualize the importance of promoting equity and inclusion. Exploring the gaps between conceptualizing and operationalizing is a priority for Learning to Lead.
Our mission is to build capacity in leaders and members of professional organizations, so they can facilitate better conversations related to diversity, inclusion, equity, and instruction as a vehicle for continuous improvement. The cornerstone of our mission lies in acknowledging and recognizing the importance of the experiences of people from all cultures and the value that those diverse experiences add to the organization.
