VISIBLE EQUITY COACHING

Equity must be visible. It must transcend all organizational culture and climate to ensure continuous improvement and excellence. Self- reflection is the first step in making equity visible. When we take a few steps back and assess our current reality, we can work towards truly listening and understanding others. The staff at Learning to Lead is trained to provide personalized learning experiences that will lead to promoting visible equity in policies, practices, and procedures.

INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING THAT PROMOTES VISIBLE EQUITY

Instructional Coaching must be personalized and intentional in order for individuals and schools to achieve growth and reach their intended goals. The Learning to Lead staff has extensive experience in providing support that will lead to improved and expanded instructional coaching experiences for teachers and administrators with an intentional focus on promoting visible equity.

INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INVENTORY COACHING

Because we realize one size does not fit all, we are committed to designing job-embedded professional learning opportunities. We also realize everyone has different entry points into coaching conversations, especially conversations related to promoting visible equity. This is why we are delighted to offer the Intercultural Development Inventory, a developmental assessment of intercultural competence, as a "springboard" to help participants identify the entry points. This will assist in the development of customized professional learning opportunities and resources.
